Severy Family, Cayucos

This session was located in Cayucos late in the afternoon. I wandered the town before the session and came across this cute little wagon in an antique store. It is the Woody Wagon (says it on the wagon itself), and you will defiantly be seeing it more in the future.
And how cute does little E look in the wagon?
I love the way these images came out. The family was so comfortable in front of the camera. You can see the love they feel for each other.

Martin Family, Paso Robles

First off, I feel very blessed to have all these amazing families that have asked me to photograph their special memories. I am very grateful.
At the beginning of my sessions I always tell my clients that I want to capture them just being themselves along with some posed shots. I feel it is the "in between" moments that really captures who they are.
This family was so nice and easy to work with. The session was located at Summerwood Winery and Inn in Paso Robles. The trees were a golden yellow and the grass was a crisp green. It was the perfect setting. Enjoy the show!

Tuckey Family, Paso Robles

One more session before I head out the door for what will be my last shift at The Galley. I took a leap of faith and decided to pursue my photography and be home more with my family.
I loved photographing this beautiful family. They live on a walnut orchard in the country of Paso Robles. The setting included a barn full of hay bails, old rustic farming equipment, and walnut trees of course. Then you add a beautiful family and my work becomes too easy. Enjoy the show!

Beard Family, Paso Robles

What a week I had last week. I photographed four families over the weekend and then one on Tuesday. I am just about through with my weekend work. Oh, and did I mention it was also the week of Thanksgiving? Happy be-lated Turkey Day!
Another exciting announcement! I signed my contract for the design of my website and new blog! You will have to wait a few months, but I know it will be worth the wait!
Here is an adorable family of five and soon to be six in March. We met at Barney Schwartz park in beautiful Paso Robles, without a cloud in the sky. You can name these my sunny shots. They are so nice and bright. Enjoy the slide show!

Friendship

Karissa and Jessica were so much fun to work with. First off, they picked a fabulous location then they had such sparkling personalities to go with it. They have been pals from the ninth grade and you will be able to see how strong of a friendship they have in the images. Oh, and did I mention how beautiful they are?

Well this will probably be one of the busiest weeks in my photography world. I have two shoot today (one down, one to go). I will be doing the school pictures for Benny's preschool (all 3 rooms) on Tuesday and Wednesday. Then I have a shoot on Thursday and Saturday. Wow, I think that is pretty cool. Hopefully the days of me begging people to photograph them are over, ;). Here are a few images from my earlier session. You might recognize her. Today we wanted to capture some family shots so we went out for round two.
