So Many Changes

My sister started putting the word out of my services today (thanks Mandy) so I decided to make some changes. Then of course why not a picture to end the weekend with. This is Caitlin, the beautiful and intelligent senior I photographed this weekend. I can't wait to finish editing all the images. We had a great time in downtown San Luis Obispo.

A Day of Activites

On Saturday there were all sorts of things going on around the county for the family to enjoy. We decided to take part in Central Coast Railroad Festival and Fire Prevention Week.
First off, Benny and I headed over to the train station in San Luis Obispo. They gad fun booths set up and a Dixie Band playing. Most importantly they had $1 train rides. These were ultra mini cars but they ran on a track so they were trains. There was just enough room inside for the two of us and the engineer/conductor.
After the train festival we headed over to Station 24 and checked out all the fire trucks. Benny was so excited to see Smokey (he held his hand) and use a fire hose.
After our adventure the two of us had a nice lunch. I felt like a good mama for the day and Benny was a tired boy.

Life

Life is pleasantly good right now. We have been up to some fun activities these days. Today, Benny and I helped celebrate our good friend Rod's birthday at The Galley.
We then headed to the library and picked up a few movies and books. We started the first chapter of Charlotte's Web with Benny tonight. We plan on reading a chapter a night after we complete two picture books with him. After the library we headed to swim lessons where Benny is now able to swim half the length of the therapy pool on his own. He had his own little cheering section today when Aunt Becky joined me on the sidelines.
Jeff and I just finished the Dave Ramsey series. We are looking forward to next month when we begin "The Holy Budget"
I started teaching Central Coast Adventure Boot Camp this month full time. I get up bright and early and enjoy watching the sun rise every morning. It is beautiful.
I have a bunch of photography shoots coming up in the next few weeks that I am looking forward to sharing with everyone.

Froggy Cookie

Daddy came home with a "froggy cookie" the other day. Benny had to wait all night and the next day after school to eat it. I picked him up at school on Tuesday and he asked about his cookie as soon as I walked through the door. After the last bite, we headed to swim lessons to burn it off!

OKAY...

so I have been slaving away for the last few hours and this is what I came up with! I hope you all like it... let me know!

Changes

I really wanted to post larger pictures, so I did some research....
I had to make some changes, and there will be some more to come, for now enjoy my little benny boo!

A Trip to the Fire Station

Benny, Cousin Joe, and I were lucky enough to get a trip to The Fort Hunter Liggett Fire Station. Aunt Chris planned it all and we thank her very much!!!!! We received a tour of the station, a ride in a truck, and some goodies to take home!
